4 track enclosures can be made very large and allow almost 75% air flow
If you don’t want to block your view with framing and bulking windows, 4 track enclosures are your best option. They are custom sized and made of a very strong vinyl for the sash instead of glass. You can also completely remove the sashes with ease to have a screen porch feeling whenever you want. They are durable. The 10 mil vinyl can withstand impacts from objects that are not sharp. They are easily washable with a mild detergent.
