Rob is a licensed home builder in SC. He was named HBA of SC Builder member of the year in 2020. He started Carolina Bays Real Estate in 2015. As a certified Master Builder and 2024 HBA of SC President, he is an industry building leader. As a broker he is focused on client relationships, honest dealing & finding perfect homes for all clients.

Tricia has been in the new homes industry for most of her professional career. She relocated to the Myrtle Beach area after graduating from High School and comes from a construction family. She specializes in office administration and excels in the fields of accounts payable, accounts receivable and client relations.

Valerie is a Boston native born and raised in Massachusetts. She married Paul in 2009 and is raising 2 children Cameron and Gianna in Myrtle Beach. She started her Real Estate career in 2006 in the suburbs of Boston. She has since moved to the Myrtle Beach area in 2021 and continued her career in helping sellers and buyers flourish seamlessly in their new adventures. She has a remarkable reputation amongst her clients and other Realtors. Val has a tenacious work ethic and possesses both the emotional intelligence and the professional poise that is critical to be successful in this field. She embraces the rising prevalence of technology in the industry and recognizes how it helps her clients. As a Realtor with a proven track record, Frank leverages his expertise in relocation, new home sales and investment properties to provide exceptional, personalized service to his clients, drawing from his experience in client relations. Having made a successful transition from Pennsylvania, where he owned a thriving restaurant, Frank has become a well connected figure in Myrtle Beach. He also co-hosts the Modern Homes Podcast and is the lead guitarist for Carolina Crush which regulars performs along the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach.

Eric is originally from North Carolina and has enjoyed a career with a proven track record of success in customer service. Among the benefits of working with Eric are his negotiating skills, marketing creativity and knowledge of the construction market.

John is a licensed agent with over 20 years of construction knowledge.  He specializes in new construction and resale homes in Myrtle Beach.

Lauren is the Marketing Ambassador for Carolina Bays. Lauren is a current student at Coastal Carolina University with a focus in marketing and commercial/ investment real estate. Lauren spreads the Carolina Bays message through social media, graphic design, web development, content creation, and more!

Corey works with Carolina Bays as a  Remodeling Consultant. Currently living in Conway, Corey takes pride in helping customers to meet their home needs whether buying, selling, building or remodeling.

Ming is a Realtor that came from New Jersey most recently. He lives in Carolina Forest  - one of the most popular places around Myrtle Beach. Ming helps buyer and seller clients and specializes in helping people that are thinking about moving to the Myrtle Beach area from out of state.
